Ford F150 105,170 Miles in Anchorage, AK

I am selling a 1995 Ford F150 4x2. This truck has been in my possession for about 4 years. It is my back up winter truck. I drive my car in the summer. I have driven it about 4000 miles a year. It has 16 inch summer tires on fabulous rims (paid $1100 with Johnson's Tires) and a set of 15 inch winter tires with studs on Alloy rims . Truck recently had a serpentine belt replaced and new battery installed and rear differential repaired and filled (Xpress Lube Dimond). It had new brakes installed 2009. All work has been done by Xpress Lube on Dimond and Johnson's Tires (Denali). It has just over 105,000 miles on it and for a 1995...that is good. It also has a remote start (lifetime warranty with Best Buy) and Panasonic CD player and AM/ FM radio. Value of the truck is over $4000 with all amenities and two sets of tires on rims included. I am asking $3100 because of the truck's age and to account for possible future maintenance and repairs. This is an as is sale and I will not go lower.
