JOB DETAILS The Community Support Supervisor oversees services for developmentally disabled children, adolescents, and adults and ensures individual goals are met and that individuals experience a high-quality of life. This position also provides direct supervision to a variety of staff including assisting in placing staff, assuring training is current, providing feedback to staff through evaluations & disciplinary actions. Must be organized, have good attention to detail, willing to work as a team and juggle multiple priorities.The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm; however, there is some variability due to caseload and needs of people receiving Hope's supports. The base salary is $19.25 per hour (approx $40,040.00 annually) and is dependent on education and experience. QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION
