JOB DESCRIPTION The Compliance Supervisor performs as an independent, objective and confidential professional who provides assurance and consulting activities designed to add value and improve Hope Community Resources, Inc. operations. This position works with management to ensure systems are in place to identify noncompliance with regulations, business process inefficiencies, and deficiencies in quality of services. This position also plans, organizes and implements the Quality Assurance function of the Internal Audit/QA Department, which includes supervising, training, evaluating, counseling and disciplining team members. The Compliance Supervisor provides feedback to regulatory bodies on proposed regulations that will be in the best interest of the individuals receiving supports and the agency.
