Lance 1120 camper in Anchorage, AK

2000 Lance 1120 cab over camper-11 ft 6 in length weight 3161 lbs. Camper is for a HD 3/4 ton pickup or one ton pickup with 8 ft. box. I currently have it mounted on a Dodge one ton dually equipped with Air assist bags and it rides beautifully. Comes with All Weather cover and tiedown turnbuckles.
CAmper has a winter package with water heater bypass and direct line from pump RV antifreeze container, two 30 lb. propane tanks, roof rack and ladder, electric/manual hydrolic jacks w/remote, 39 gal fresh water tank, gray water heated tanks w/master switch over stove to check all fluid levels, outside and inside shower, step bumper, thermal winter window covers, generator ready and generator, back-up battery, stereo system, tv and dvd/vhs player. Recent complete RV inspection by certified RV mechanic and everything works beautifully- replaced AC/DC converter.
Kitchen includes double sink with cutting board, 6 cu ft 3 way fridge/freezer, microwave, 3 burner propane stove above oven. Tons of cabinet storage, rear closet with lights, bathroom has vented fan, sink, toilet and tub/shower, medicine cabinet and storage. The table converts into a bed and a single bed foldout in cabinet above table, queen size bed above with escape hatch, and lots of storage.
TV has booster, cable hookup, antenna on roof, 15" flatscreen color tv w/dvd player; ducted heat throughout camper, 6 gal hot water heater, screened windows, 10 ft awning on right side, 4 ft awning on rear. Camper is in excellent condition-no leaks-Lance is top of the line. We are the second owners-non-smoker owners- Wife wants a travel trailer.
