2005 Polaris Phoenix Broken (Wasilla, Alaska in Anchorage, AK

Hello I have a 2005 Polaris Phoenix bought it for 1300 but then broke. I got a mechanic to check the oil and the filter he says its good. He said its an easy fix he would fix it for 300 but he moved and now we are moving to Hawaii on the 11th of December and cant take it with us.
